Because the response has been so great we now require appointments.  If you find you cannot keep your appointment, please call to cancel.  If you do not call, it will be marked as a “NO SHOW.”  After 3 “NO SHOWS” we will only be able to schedule an appointment at our convenience.

You will earn $1.00 of “Mommy Money” by spending time with a volunteer counselor, watching a video on various parenting skills, or participating in a Bible study.  If you take home a worksheet, complete & return it at your next appointment, you will be given an additional $1.00.

There are two additional ways for which you can earn “Mommy Money.”  First, if you are ON TIME (even 5 minutes early) for your appointment, we will give you a dollar of “Mommy Money.”  Second, if you attend church service on the Sunday prior to your visit here you will also receive a dollar of “Mommy Money”.  You will need to bring in your bulletin from the church service in order to receive the dollar…if you leave your bulletin at home, NO DOLLAR.

You may come in twice a month, and the “Mommy Money” will be treated just as you would regular “cash.”  The prices in our Baby Boutique are very reasonable and you will be able to purchase a variety of items.  Most items are priced from 25 cents to $1.00.  A price list is posted in the room.

Because all items are donated and diapers go so quickly, we are only able to give you 1 pack of diapers per visit.  If you wish to purchase a larger item such as a crib, high chair, stroller or playpen, we will hold that item for no longer than 6 weeks because we do not have room to store so many large items.  We will put a note on the item with your name and the date you reserved it and last date for pick up.  While we encourage you to return clothing that no longer fits your child, we are unable to give you Mommy Money in exchange for the clothing.  We will give you some credit for baby furniture that is returned in good condition such as a crib or high chair.  Our volunteers are happy to assist you.
